Got tightened/ smoothed out/became tight?

Hello,

I'm trying to say that wrinkles on one's face got disappeared and the face looked much younger in a better English.

Should I say:

Her wrinkled face got tightened or tightened and achieved a more youthful appearance.

Her wrinkled face smoothed out and achieved a more youthful appearance.

Her wrinkled face became tight and achieved a more youthful appearance.

Or is there any better way to say it?

Thanks you,

f
