Hi

If you absolutely must use the computer before bed (finally got the kids down), use blue-light blocking glasses, which you can get online.

"finally got the kids down" is short for "you finally got the kids down".

Ah, now I see.
At first I thought it means "you should finally get the kids down" but it says "you finally got them down" so now you can use the computer yourself.
