Got Showered or just Showered?

In my paragraph below, would you enter the word 'got' before showered?

'She spent a little longer in bed, tossing and turning, before getting up. Once she was up and about, she showered and changed into some maternity jogging bottoms, along with a baggy t-shirt.'

No, I wouldn't.

I would write "T-shirt". ("T" is supposed to represent the shape.)

Thanks.
Would it benefit from saying 'she showered and then changed'? Or do you think it's fine as is?

I don't really have a preference. I think whichever you prefer is OK.
