got me vs had me vs made me

"It had me cracking up"
"It made me crack up"
"It got me cracking up"

What are the differences between these?

Welcome to the forum! All three have the same meaning, but they can be more or less formal. I would order them as most to least formal: 2, 1, 3.

Another usage:

"It cracked me up"

Is that any different? Where would you put it on your list?

Less formal, perhaps before 3. Cracked-up is somewhat slangy, "It made me laugh" would be a more formal way to say it.
