Got home

A divorced father had his two kids (who live with their mother) over for dinner. It didn't go well. A few days later:

Woman: All I know right now is that I got two crying kids home Saturday, who told me they didn't want to see you again, OK?


Is this piece of dialog phrased naturally? Is 'got' and 'home' idiomatic here?
