Got dismayed

I got dismayed for the fact that I have to work on Christmas day.
I got dismayed at the listening of what my colleagues said.
I got dismayed at the sight of the car accident.

Do they make sense? If it's incorrect , could you please correct them?

Got dismayed isn't a natural combination. Was , became and felt are more usual. I was dismayed by/at/over the fact that I have to work on Christmas day.

You can say at the sound of, but it wouldn't really work well in the original sentence. It can be used in other contexts:
She ran to the door at the sound of the car pulling into the driveway.
At the sound of the sirens, the people headed for the shelters.

You could also say "upon hearing" or "on hearing."
