Goosebumps/Gooseflesh.....

Hello,

I wonder which of these sentences is more natural.

1. I get goosebumps/gooseflesh/goose pimples everytime I hear this song.

2. I have goosebumps/gooseflesh/goose pimples everytime I hear this song.

I remember this famous quote from Some Like it Hot; 'I get goose pimply all over and I come to them.' Is goose pimply used as a adverb here. Is it possible to use goosebumps and gooseflesh in this way too?

Thanks

On this side of the Atlantic, it's " I get goosebumps...".
