Goosebumps

If I think that a song can give more goosebumps than any other songs, can I say this then? "Which song could give more goosebumps than this?" I mean, I find that it can give way more goosebumps than other songs. If I use "could", will it indicate hypothetical? Or do I need to use "can"? I am confused about it. Please explain.
