Hello,
I'm trying to understand if I should write advertised on Google's website or advertised on Google website?
Thank you,

"advertised on Google website" is incorrect. You can say "advertised on Google's website" or "advertised on the Google website". I think people also just say "advertised on Google", but this might be understood to include ads that Google place on other websites too.
