Good wine!

Hi

What does the word "good" mean in this sentence? Are there any differences between "good" and "bad" wine in size that the author compares the size of the box to "those cases that contain twelve bottles of GOOD wine"?!

It (the box) wasn't very big, about the size of those cases that contain twelve bottles of good wine.

Thank you

I'm struggling to imagine how bottle size could ever be an indicator of quality. Could it be that the author thinks that only good wine comes in cases? Or perhaps the word "good" was just thrown in to make the sentence seem more interesting, with no particularly logical justification.

I think so, but I'm not sure.
