Good way to describe the structure?
I am trying to write a good structure on some article. Tell me any suggestions:
In the introduction, Mr. Burnett asserts, “If you ask any student on the quiet campus of Virginia Tech [Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University] on the morning of April 16, 2007, most would have told you they felt safe.” Then he uses this statement to present his ideas on how students were vulnerable to a mass shooting.
