Good to come in

Is everything safe? Can I come in?
a. Yes. You are good to come in.

Did you check my background? Can I work in this place?
b. Yes. You are good to work here.

The sentences are mine.

Do (a) and (b) work in the contexts given?
Could one use 'OK', 'fine' and 'alright' instead of 'good' in those sentences?

Many thanks.
