Good performance in? at? with?

If I want to say that a person has an excellent performance ( do i have to say) in the language or with the language? I'm not sure about the oreposition i must use.

eg He is excellent in Languages.

The capital L shows that 'Languages' is the name of a subject.

I've never heard of a subject called Language.
