Good Morning USA

Hey everyone! I've been watching the American Dad series for a while, and there's a funny opening song (which I'm not gonna post here), but its key phrase is "Good morning USA!" I wonder why there's no the "the" before the "USA". Thank you.

The article is left out when "USA" is being used as a form of address. Strictly speaking, there should be a comma after "morning".
