Dear Sir

As per the instruction given by the *** Head in connection with the Daily Report no. 123, page no. 2, dated 10 December 2018, we would like to file a complaint against the School Principal of ***, as there was no teacher duty assigned in the corridor during the incident happened at the assembly Hall area.

Please Note: Principal should not neglect to assign any teacher/personnel, in order to prevent recurrence of similar incidents.

We hope to see an immediate action in this matter.
