Dear Sir

As per the instruction given by the RCC Head, we would like file a complaint against the Principal of **** School for not signing the below two (2) Daily Reports yet, Today 1st of January 2019, She just came back from vacation and but unfortunately she left the school this morning to attend training in other school (*****) without signing even signing first the Daily Reports which is pending because of her signature.

- Daily Report No. 122 ( 09 December 2018)

We hope to see an immediate action in this matter.
