Good evening . I need a feedback in this sentence please

Working at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - Reservation Centre attending customers from USA and
CA. Also attending the brazilian customers/CLIENTS ??? in order to make reservations at the hotels in São Paulo , Brasilia and Campinas.
