Good enough to teach

My sentence:

-What makes you think your Danish is good enough to teach people?

Is it natural English? I'm not sure, because in the sentence the subject seems to be DANISH, which can't teach, but only people can.

Thank you. OJ.

Interpret the sentence: What makes you think that your Danish is good enough [ for you ] to teach people? I think that might help you understand the construction better.

Many structures are often used more loosely in English than in other languages. CalifJim had a good example a few years ago: The chicken is ready to eat.
