Dear Sir

I would like to bring your kind attention and inform you that as of this moment I haven’t signed a new contract. It’s been 4 months already since my employment contract has ended last December 29, 2018.

I am pleased to have this opportunity also to follow up also with you the incentives (bonus) which you offered me and agreed that I will receive it once I signed a new contract.
