Good day! Please revise my follow request letter. Thanks!

Dear Sir,

I would like to follow up the status of my request reimbursement of my ticket, Its been a month already since i sent my email below about requesting for a refund of my airfare ticket (round trip) and the re-booking fee which a total of 3030 QR, As of this moment I haven't received any feedback from your side regarding my concern.

Please expedite the process as soon as possible as I need the money to sustain the financial needs of my family in Philippines.
