Good day! Please help me to correct my letter again - Request to Accommodation In-charge
Dear Sir E****,
On behalf of my housemates in Philippine Villa no 4, I would like to request to urgently provide /(or do the needful) of the following
1. replace the 3 broken electric stove; currently we only have 1 electric stove with 2 hobs working properly and the rest are not heating up, this is not enough for all 19 of us.
2. remove the broken washing machine in the laundry area and install the washing machine which brought by newly joined staff from head office.
3. lastly I would like to follow up my request since last year dated 20th March 2019, for the replacement of old mattress as it's already torn and sagging and I mentioned also in my email that I found 3 bedbugs under my mattress. I have been patiently waiting to receive it.
