Dear Madam,

I am writing this to bring your attention that here at D*** School there are total of 5 cctv cameras not working, As per the Camera Operators they have reported it already but unfortunately the In-charge Technician came only once and fixed the noise of the DVR but for the cameras they didn't fix it yet.

Find below following the details;

* DVR 3 CAM 3

* DVR 9 CAM 11

* DVR 11 CAM 7

* DVR 12 CAM 4

* DVR 13 CAM 11

Please note: Student of Grade 6-E named T*** is under observation, (A. as you instructed me to observe him in the camera since Nov 20), (B. as per your request) Currently I am now using only 1 camera when observing him in his class instead of 2 cameras as the Camera No. 11 is not working therefore I could not be able to give you sufficient report because the position of the camera available is very far from the seat of the said student.
