All Maintenance staff:
Please be informed that all maintenance staff are entitled for 30 days maximum annual leave regardless of years worked. Beyond the limit will not be accepted by the management as it affects production flow due to numerous machine breakdowns unattended.

English is my second language and I'm also not yet perfect at it. However I will like to give it a try as follows: All maintenance staff are hereby informed that they are only entitled to accumulate an annual leave balance of up to 30 days. Any excess of annual leave days shall be forfeited.
