Good books for teaching conversational English?

Hi, I am considering teaching conversational English (mostly private tutoring, not necessarily the class room) and was wondering if anyone out there could recommend any particularly good books dealing with teaching conversational English to ESL students (grade school up to adult). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
