hi ,I need to get a new book for learn english and i have a pacesetter its good or no and how can know my level of english?

Hi,I would correct your mistake in the title if I may. It shoud say good book to learn English,not for.If you use for then I would suggest the following What is a good book for an English learner?Anyway,you could try and answer questions in some placement tests.(Google it). I would suggest Grammar and Vocabulary for FCE with key by Luke Prodromou.
