Hello, my teacher says I'm not clear in this short essay, so I got 6/10 points. Could you help me to check it?

Essay... Where there's life... there's hope!

They say 'When there's life, there's hope', and I definitely agree due to in my daily life I see, listen o read about surprising real cases where people reach to survive in dangerous circumstances and I can tell you about my own short story.

A few years ago, I was travelling with a school's friend to visit my grandfather who lives in an isolated and remote place for living new experiences in the mountain range. Eventually, one day we decided to climb up a dangerous place because It was a famous local way where we could find wild animals and we did it.

After a couple of days, we had to get back home. But, apparently the makeshift bridge had fallen down, we were completely lost. Near surrender in the third day, we noticed that a local farmer was walking in the mountain's slope which was in the other side of the river, he saved us.

I went back home in the city and in my mind, since that day I believe that even in the worst moment, we will always find a light.
