Is the question grammatical and if so, is "good" an adverb or a noun in it?

It could be interpreted both ways.

If an adverb, the question would be a casual and less correct (I would say incorrect) way of saying "Are you doing well?"

As a noun, "good" would mean good deeds, e.g. things that will help or benefit others or the situation.
