Gone

Well used sofa, cheap to go! Moving house so need gone ASAP - Small marks shown ? can deliver around Leeds Saturday, otherwise pick up only.

I saw the above on my Facebook.

Please explain to me the use of past participle "gone" in the context. Is it present perfect?

Thanks

"need gone" is an abbrevation of "I need it (to be) gone". I would say that "gone" is used adjectivally, describing the desired state of the sofa.
