"Golden Boy" grammar question

In the last Eurovision, there was a song called "Golden Boy" by the Israelis.

In it there is a verse;
...
I'm a golden boy
Come here to enjoy
I'm the king of fun
...

My problem is with the second sentence, "come here to enjoy". It just doesn't sound right. It seems as though is ought to be "came here to enjoy" or something along the line.

Is the sentence grammatically correct or is it just written that way for the song?

It's not exactly an example of good grammar. Generally, it is best not to rely on songs to perfect your English.
