Going to/will

Hi, everyone!

How is it going? I hope everything is alright!

I have a question which refers to going to and will. I hope you can help me!

I'm not sure which tense I should use in these sentences:

He will/ is going to stay from 6 to 16 September in Manchester.

According to the information he got from the travel agency he will/ is going to arrive at 12.00 o'clock. He will/is going to travel by bys?

I am looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you for your help!

Hi, Very generally speaking, use 'going to' whan talking about plans. However, note this. If you then go on to talk about the details, rather like you are confirming them, it's common to switch to 'will'.
