Vocabulary

going to the doctor's

Hello,
Here's some context:
Sam: How are you Nancy?
Nancy: I feel really ill today.
Sam: Have you been to the doctor's yet?
Nancy: No.
Sam: Are you going to see him/her tomorrow?

Now, is there anything wrong with sentences 3 and 5? Do they sound odd? Feel free to correct me.

Thank you
