Hi.
I am going to ask about the follwoing structure.
Going to have to

Having looked at it on the surface, it expresses a future obligation, but my understanding is that, when people use it, they intend to express less obligation or make it kind of impersoanl.
For an instance:
Ex. You are going to have to pay for house each month
Ex. You have to pay for house each month.
