I hope we can keep this character and momentum going but sometimes it's quite difficult when the season is going like this

do ngoc tienIs "momentum going" a phrasal noun,plz ?No. The association is between 'keep' and 'going', not between 'momentum' and 'going'.
Note the -ing on the verb after 'keep'.
