Grammar

going = to go

I hope we can keep this character and momentum going but sometimes it's quite difficult when the season is going like this
Can I use "to go" instead of "going" ?

No. The association is between 'keep' and 'going', not between 'momentum' and 'going'.

Note the -ing on the verb after 'keep'.

... keep [the momentum] going ...
... keep [the movement] going ...
... keep [the rhythm] going ...
... keep [the ball] bouncing ...
... kee
