going through / existing

There are lots of jobs going through/existing in the company, so there must be a vacancy for employees in the company.

Please help me to choose the correct option.

The company provides paper works to the people who wants to do job sitting in home. Now the amount of the paper work is very load in the company, so I guess that they now may increase their employee (a person who wants to do the paper work sitting in home)

I wrote it to mean "There are lots of jobs available in the company to give it to the new person who want to do from home".
