Going against me

What does this actually mean? Does this mean that everything is going wrong?

Is going optional?

Gor the past month, it feels like everything is (going) against me.

Is it correct to say “everything is going wrong/wrongly”?

thank you

Yes. Yes.

anonymous... it feels like everything is (going) against me.

Correct (with or without 'going'). It's more usual with 'going', however. Without 'going' it's usually 'everyone', not 'everything':

Everyone is against me.
