Different responses to questions.

A: How is your work going?

B: It is going good/it is going well


A: How is your work going?

B: It is boring as I have to do the same work every day./ I am bored that I have to do the same work every day./ I am bored at work / I am bored with my work.


Please check them and suggest any suitable response.

Is "Different responses to question" grammatically correct heading?
