Goes or go ? Just need a confirmation/ help.

Sentence: "Does your heart go/goes out to people who were killed in sectarian voilence"

My sentence/doubt: In the above mentioned sentence what would the correct verb: go or goes ? I think it should be "go" if what I've learned till now is right!
