goes in cycle or goes on cycle

Hi Teachers,

Do you say " it goes it a cycle" or "it goes on a cycle"?

I am not sure to use in or on.

Thanks in advance.

It goes on a cycle-- might be okay if you have a trained kangaroo as a pet, and it will agree to wear a helmet.
