Francesca i don't use it that term before ...but i'm heard it ...most time in movie and show tv ...sometime them use it ...

Sakes is the plural for sake, I think those people you heard simply used the plural, but what I meant is that you have to put the possessive case "***'s". Then it can be followed by sake or sakes, the meaning that Grammar Geek gave you remains the same even for the plural, I suppose!
