Goal/target of 200 people

My temple has a goal/target every year convert people to our religion. This year we want to convert 200 people.

How should it be expressed?

Our goal/target this year is 200 (people).

1. Should it be "goal" or "target"?
2. Is "people" needed? Or just 200?

Thank you.
