There is not enough petrol in my car. So I think I can go up to only 3 metres.

Once I was walking through the market, I saw a beautiful girl crying and sitting on a chair in a corner. So I went up to her and asked what was the problem? She said she lost her child so she was crying.

Are these sentences correct?

Please help me.

The second is OK, but I don't think the first one is. I'd say something like "I think it can only drive for a few miles"

The first sentence sounds awkward, so I think I would use "as far as" instead of "up to"

Many people would not use the past perfect in the second example, just because we tend to be sloppy with it. It is, however, correct.
