Could you tell me which one is right among (A) ~ (C) in the following sentence?

(In the US) It's always: "I want to go to the restroom." It can never, in any context, be: "a" or "no article."

I can hold it until we find a place less disgusting.
I want to go to a restroom that is not so dirty that I wouldn't let my dog pee in it.

So there actually are contexts where "a" works.
