Go to casino/casinos

You don't put an article a or an in the phrase go to?

1. I often go to casino

2. He likes to go to casino/casinos

3. He likes to go to a casino.

Q2) Is I go to school at 7 the same as the examples above?

Hi Moon You need an article for sentence 1, unless "casino" is a proper noun (name). For example, "Casino" is the name of a chain of supermarkets here in France. In this case, Casino is capitalized.

Sorry Moon, I didn't fully answer your question.

I go to school at 7 is just like "I go to work at 7" or "I go to grandma's at 7" . No article is needed nor would it be correct to use one is such a sentence.

Hi,

I'm not a native speaker but I'll give it a try.

"Casino" is a noun here so we should put an article "a", unless it means like this. (casino=gambling)

I'm not sure if "I often go to casino." (casino=gambling/games) is like "I go to school." which means (school = study)

I go to casino very often. ( I gamble a lot)
I go to school everyday. (

2. He lost his shirt at the casino. (Does this mean the reader/lisner know what canino "he" went to?)
3. The woman is in a casino. (Does this mean a casino in general?(one of
