Vocabulary

go to bed

Hello,
What is wrong with "I might go to bed soon" and "I might go to bed earlier tonight"? Should I say "I might be going to bed soon" or "I might be going to bed earlier this evening. They all sound fine to me, but does the use of present simple sound odd?

Thank you

I might be going / go to bed soon (not yet done). I might be going / go to bed earlier tonight (than I did last night). Perfectly correct, all of them.

There is no present simple in your sentences. You have progressive and non-progressive infinitive forms.
