Please let me know if there is ant difference the two sentences below:

1/Let's go shares in the taxifares

2/Let's go shares on the taxifares

By the way , is it okay if I use go shares/go fifty-fifty / go halves interchangeably ?

go fifty/fifty and go halves are interchangeable [both mean half each]; go shares implies more than two people, so the amount is divided by more than two. I would normally go shares in something.
