Go save the world one policy at a time.
I'd like to ask you if the phrase "Go save the world one policy at a time." is the same as "Go save the world,one policy at a time." (added comma).
If not what is the difference in the first sentence?
If yes why there is not a comma in the first sentence?
( Sometimes I come across the text with and also without the comma.)
One more thing -"world one policy at a time" means in the other words that " there is only one assurance policy available at once " ?(But I do not think so.)
If you could -please write me down the meaning of the first sentence in other way.

I would read the meaning as 'go and save the world by using one policy and then another policy and then another policy in sequence, rather than employing several policies at once."
