"Go out with short trouser"?

Is it correct?

I'd like to mean that the new season is coming and temperature is getting cooler so it is the last week you can wear short trouser and go out. Is it okay to say "It's the last week we can go out with short trouser"?

If I say it's the last week to put on short trouser" it doesn't sound so right
