Go out of bounds, hang in

Hi,

1) When I have a sweater that looks too big on me, could I say that: “The sweater hangs in loose on me.”?

2) When a car drifts from its lane, can I say that it ‘goes out of bounds’ or ‘beyond the bounds of the road’?

Thank you.
