Not with 'so delicious' I wouldn't. Gotta stay in register!

Hmm. . . . To my mind, "It's so delicious and perfect with anything" would be fine, but if you're going to have the verb "go/goes" then it should be "perfectly." I don't see that "so delicious" lowers the register.
