Go hand in starry hand, certain

Salman Khan and his blunt cheekiness go hand in starry hand. And SK flashed it, once more, when the occasion arose.
Reportedly, producer Bhushan Kumar was all agog with excitement over showing Khan the trailer of his forthcoming venture 'Kajraare' starring a certain Himesh Reshammiya.
Post trailer, when Kumar gleefully queried Salman over it... he replied, "You just to need morph Himesh's face, that's all."

Please explain to me the highlighted parts. Though I guess "certain" means "not well-known actor".

"to go hand in hand" means to be closely related to, or usually associated with. The word "starry" has been inserted because Khan is (presumably) a film star. In this usage, "certain" is rather ambiguous.
